Two bathrooms (one  with tub/shower, one with shower), and a guest toilet. Elegant and spacious living/dining room with working fireplace and frescoed ceiling. Complete built-in kitchen. Independent heating and air-conditioning.

Facilities: Washer/dryer and dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, american coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players, high speed wireless and standard internet connection charged per computer, telephone, answering machine, fax machine on request, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Security deposit The security deposit of EUR 400 for one week rental will be payable upon on arrival, and used against utilities, final cleaning/laundry, telephone and Wireless Internet connection. Cash, travellers cheques or cashiers cheque only. The security deposit, after expenses (utilities, final cleaning/laundry, telephone, Internet) will be returned upon departure, either in cash or travellers checks.
Arrivals: Check-in time between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., late arrivals between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. are charged €50 to be paid locally. Unfortunately arrivals after 11:00 p.m cannot be catered for. Early and late arrivals must be organized in advance on special request.
